What does a typical use case look like? For our context, a use case is a digital initiative that makes a measurable difference for one concrete business outcome. A use case overview comprises a summary of each initiative: the problem to solve, the approach to solving it, and the required change effort. It tracks the investment made and the impact delivered, as well as the technology and people involved in achieving the change. In this way, each use case can inspire and educate your teams on the art of what is possible in digital transformation.

How can I become a member? Are there any costs involved?
In principle, all organizations can apply for membership. There is a yearly fee. For more information, please get in touch with us.
I work for a supplier/vendor. Can we become a member?
Vendors are welcome! IT vendors and consultancies must contribute to creating use cases; these parties have distinct memberships.
I'm interested in becoming an ambassador. Where do I sign up?
If you work for an organization with a high digital maturity level and you play a crucial role in its digitalization, you are welcome to join us. Please get in touch.
How is your organization governed?
We are an independent foundation with a board of rotating members from the CxO community.
How do you enforce the confidentiality of use cases?
When a party contributes to a use case, they must sign a confidentiality agreement. Use case documents cannot be printed, downloaded, exported, or shared in any way. Apart from that, platform access restrictions are in place to curtail the unauthorized sharing of credentials.
Is your platform security verified?
